The Fleming Island Plantation CDD has installed four (4) Pickleball Courts on the Amenity Center grounds in March of 2025 as part of the Capital Improvement Projects in the Community. We are excited to about this new Amenity for the FIP residents to enjoy!

If no one is on the courts 1 & 2, you may play. However, when another resident arrives, the Paddle System will begin. All you need to do upon arrival is place your racket on the left side of the rack. At the conclusion of the game in progress, the players’ rackets that are next up will take the court. Each game in the paddle system will go until 11 points are earned, winners are not allowed to stay on the court. Thank you for cooperating!
Courts 3 & 4 are reservation only.
Our Pickleball Court reservations are managed by the Reserve My Court system for residents.
