New Resident Access Credentials Starting April 8th

It is our goal to create a home away from home for the residents of Fleming Island Plantation! In hopes of creating an easier and more accommodating atmosphere for the residents, the CDD Board has decided to update the badge system. With the new badge system, the residents are able to access their Amenities with either a photo ID card or their mobile phone! We thank you for your patience; the Amenity Center Office Staff is ready to begin the access control transition!

When you are ready to update your resident credentials, please bring the below documents, if needed, to the Amenity Center. We do ask that you bring the entire household to complete this registration process if possible! While at the Amenity Center, your household will complete the registration form and take updated photos for our new badge system. We look forward to seeing you soon!

For a smooth transition, we ask for some help from our wonderful residents:

  • New homeowners or homeowners who have NOT received a photo ID card: please bring your warranty deed or proof of ownership.
  • Homeowners who have already received a photo ID card: you do NOT need to bring proof of ownership.
  • New tenants who have NOT received a photo ID card: please bring your Amenity Release Form AND your current lease.
  • Tenants who have received a photo ID card: please bring your current lease.
  • Residents 18 or older residing in a household (homeowner or tenant) and not listed on the warranty deed or lease: please bring proof of residency. This can be either their driver’s license, utility bill statement. If renting must be listed on the Amenity Release Form.

Resident Credentials Permissions & Pricing

  • Residents 16 or older may choose between Mobile Access or a photo ID card or both. Mobile Access is complimentary to all qualifying residents.
  • Homeowners 16 or older may purchase a photo ID card for $5 per person.
  • Tenants 16 or older may purchase a photo ID card for $10 per person.
  • Residents 15 & under will receive their photo ID card for free and are unable to utilize Mobile Access.

Neighborhood Nights

Every TUESDAY AND THURSDAY *5 pm – 8 pm at the Amenity Center Office*

Come join us at Neighborhood Nights at the Amenity Center Office! 
This will be a great chance to chat with your neighbors and update your credentials at the same time! Please note that you are more than welcome to stop by the Office at ANY TIME during our operating hours; Monday-Saturday 10am-5:30pm and Sundays 12-5pm to receive FIP Resident Credentials or take advantage of one of our Neighborhood Nights listed below.
We would be more than happy to issue you your new credentials!
