Amenity Center Conference Room
A refundable deposit of $375 is required for this rental facility. Payment must be made by an FIP Resident’s check payable to FIP CDD.
Rental Fee
$50 – (2) Two-hour rental
$100 – (4) Four-hour rental
All rental reservations require a two weeks’ notice
The AC Conference Room can be rented for (2) two-hour or (4) four-hour time frames not to exceed (8) eight hours. This must be strictly adhered to.
The maximum capacity for this rental room is (29) twenty-nine people.
The Conference Room is available for meetings, classes, game clubs, and adult events. Parties for ages 12 and under are not permitted at this facility.
No food or drinks are allowed at this facility.
No Smoking or Alcoholic beverages are permitted on any District property.

Amenity Center Grounds Picnic Pavilion(s) Rental
A $300 refundable deposit is required to reserve this facility. A FIP Resident’s check must be payable to FIP CDD and submitted at the time of reservation.
Two (2) picnic pavilions are available for rental at $35 each. Parties consisting of more than (10) ten attendees are required to rent both picnic pavilions.
Picnic Pavilions are available for rental for a (4) four-hour time frame. The (4) four-hour time frame includes set up and clean up.
Picnic Pavilions are located between the Amenity Center grounds playground and volleyball courts.
Inflatables and bounce houses are permitted at this rental location. Vendor liability documents are required (10) ten days before the rental date.
NO grills, either propane or charcoal are allowed on the District property.
No Smoking or Alcoholic beverages are permitted on any District property.
All rental reservations require a two weeks’ notice.

Amenity Center Pool Party Reservations
The Amenity Center pool is available for patron events during regular pool hours in (2) two-hour increments, except for the last hour of pool operation. Please note that only one party per (2) two-hour block will be permitted and only up to two rental reservations total per day. Also, note that there are to be no pool parties permitted on any holidays, i.e. 4th of July, Memorial Day, Labor Day, etc. or when the pool season is over.
- The Amenity Center Pool Party reservation would allow you (20) twenty maximum guests total at your party, to include residents, non-residents, swimmers, and non-swimmers. Failure to adhere to the (20) twenty person total will cause complete forfeiture of all fees.
- A $85 non-refundable rental fee for use of the swimming pool for patron events is required at reservation.
- A $300 refundable deposit is required for this reservation. A FIP resident’s check payable to FIP CDD is required at time of reservation.
- This reservation does not prohibit usage of the pool by other Patrons during your scheduled reservation.
- The Amenity Center pool reservation includes tables in the party area (Area across from the pool gate at the picnic pavilion). Food and beverages are permitted in this area only. Failure to adhere to the food and beverage policy will cause full forfeiture of all fees and deposits. Smoking and Alcoholic beverages are not permitted on any District property.
- The Patron must accompany the party, check in with the attendant, and remain with the party for the entire reservation.
- All Rental reservations require a two weeks’ notice.
Rental refund requests due to weather must be approved by the Project Manager prior to the rental date.
Any non-compliance with any of the pool reservation policies or pool rules can cause full forfeiture of fees and deposits.

SPLASH PARK FIELD
The Splash Park Field is available to be rented for a day of fun in the sun.
RENTAL FEES
$70 for a (2) two-hour period for the Splash Park Field rental only.
$50 for a (2) two-hour period when added on to a Pavilion rental.
Up to a (4) four-hour rental time frame only.
- There is a $300 refundable deposit required at time of reservation.
The deposit must be made in the form of a check payable to FIP CDD. Upon inspection, if there is no damage, everything is clean, and all policies and procedures have been followed the deposit check will be returned to you or shredded in the Amenity Center office.
2. Rental reservation payment may be made with credit card or by check. All rental checks should be made be a FIP Resident’s check payable to FIP CDD.
3. Inflatables and bounce houses are not permitted at the Splash Park Grounds.
- Please note that there is to be NO use of grills, either propane or charcoal, in any part of the Splash Park grounds
- There is NO Smoking or Alcoholic beverages allowed on ANY part of the District property.
All reservations require two weeks’ prior notice.

SPLASH PARK FIELD PAVILION RENTALS
A $300 refundable deposit is required to reserve this facility. A FIP Resident’s check must be payable to FIP CDD and submitted at the time of reservation.
Two (2) picnic pavilions are available for rental at $35 each. Parties consisting of more than (10) ten attendees are required to rent both picnic pavilions.

Splash Park Gathering Room Rental
The Gathering Room facility is a spacious area available for parties up to 100 attendees. This facility consists of 6-foot tables, 8-foot tables and seating for up to 100. A full kitchen offers a refrigerator, cooktop stove and microwave to enable a working space for food prep and caterers. Two (2) wall-mounted televisions are available for AV hookup for presentations.
A $375 refundable deposit is required to rent this facility. An FIP Resident’s check made payable to FIP CDD is required at the time of reservation.
Two-week prior reservations are required for this facility.
Rental Fees
$185 – Two-hour rental
$325 – Four-hour rental
Additional hours may be purchased not to exceed an (8) eight-hour time frame.
All time frames include set-up and clean-up.
Smoking is prohibited on District property. Alcohol may be served by a bartender with a valid liquor license and liability insurance that must be received (10) ten days prior to the rental date.
Completed Rental Reservation document, deposit and full payment must be made to secure the rental date.

Splash Park Pool Party Reservation Policies
The Splash Park pool is available for patron events during regular pool hours for a (2) two-hour time frame, except for the last hour of pool operation. Please note that only one party per (2) two-hour block will be permitted and only up to two rental reservations total per day. Also, note that there are to be no pool parties permitted on any holidays, i.e. 4th of July, Memorial Day, Labor Day, etc. or when the pool season is over.
- The Splash Park pool party reservation would allow you (30) thirty maximum guests total at your party, including residents, non-residents, swimmers, and non-swimmers. Failure to adhere to the thirty (30) person total will cause complete forfeiture of all fees and deposits.
- A $100 non-refundable rental fee is required at reservation for the pool party rental.
- A $300 refundable deposit is required for this reservation. A FIP Resident’s check payable to FIP CDD is required at the time of reservation.
- This reservation does not prohibit usage of the pool by other Patrons during your scheduled reservation.
- The Splash Park pool reservation includes tables in the party area (Area left of the eating pavilion). Food and beverages are permitted in this area only. Failure to adhere to the food and beverage policy will cause full forfeiture of all fees and deposits. Smoking and Alcoholic beverages are not permitted on any District property.
- The Patron must accompany the party, check in with the attendant, and remain with the party for the entire reservation.
- Any non-compliance with any of the pool reservation policies or pool rules can cause full forfeiture of fees and deposits.
All Rental reservations require a two-weeks notice.

Gazebo Pavilion Reservation Policies
- Patrons will need to obtain reservation forms from the Amenity Center. No date or time can be held unless proper paperwork, deposits, and fees have been submitted. Facility will be reserved on a first come first serve basis and two weeks prior notice is required.
- Applicant must be a Fleming Island Plantation Resident.
- The Gazebo at the Village Square Marketplace is available to rent for $250 for a (4) four-hour timeframe or $500 for an (8) eight-hour timeframe. Additional time slots may be purchased if available
- All time frames include set-up and clean-up.
- There is a $300 refundable deposit required. A FIP Resident’s check made payable to FIP CDD is required at the time of reservation. Upon inspection, if there is no damage, everything is clean, and all policies and procedures have been followed, deposit checks will be returned to the patron or shredded in the Amenity Center office.
- This facility is for Resident or non-profit use ONLY and a formal contract is required for commercial use.
- If electricity is required, there is an additional $25 fee.
- Please refrain from attaching or sticking anything on the pavilion stucco columns for decorations. This could result in partial or full loss of security deposit.
- The Patron must be present during the entire function, including the initial inspection of the premises and the final walk-through when applicable.
- Any non-compliance with the terms agreed to on the reservation forms, can cause full or partial forfeiture of deposits and possible loss of a portion or all privileges.
- If you plan on having ANY outside vendors attend your event i.e.; jump-n-funs, bounce houses, caterers, etc., those companies must have provided proof of liability insurance at least (1) one week before your event.
