Welcome FIP Homeowner! All Resident homeowners and their families ages 3 and older are required to carry FIP Resident Credentials while on District Property or using the District Amenities. Please stop by the Amenity Center Office during normal business hours to complete a new Resident Orientation and receive your Resident Credentials. Please bring a copy of your deed or closing statement as proof of residency. As an FIP homeowner Mobile Credentials come at no additional cost and are reserved for adults in the household 16 & up. Additionally you and your household will receive your first Resident ID at 5$ per adult, and at no cost per child 15 & under.
If ID’s are lost, damaged or stolen, there is a $15 fee for replacement.
If you would like to complete your registration form prior to your visit, print the attached document, complete and bring the form with you to the Amenity Center office.

Renters
Welcome to the FIP Community! New Residents who are currently renting a home in the FIP Community may have access to the Community Amenities. Please have the owner or management company complete and sign the Amenity Release Form that can be found below to grant permission for you and your family to access the Community Amenities. Please bring in the Amenity Release Form and a copy of your current lease to the Amenity Center Office during normal business hours to complete a New Resident Orientation and receive your new Resident Credentials. Anyone in the household aged 3 and older is required to have Resident Credentials when on District property or when using the Amenities.
Resident ID’s are $10 per person for Adult Tenants ages 16 & up.
Resident ID’s are at no cost for Child Tenants ages 15 & under.

Replacement Resident IDs & Additional Passes
If a Resident ID card is lost, stolen, damaged, or needs to be replaced for any reason, a new ID may be purchased for a fee of $15 per card.
Residents can get replacement IDs at the Amenity Center Office during normal business hours.
Release of Amenities
As a homeowner in Fleming Island Plantation, you have the right to decide whether or not your tenants have permission to use the Amenities. This is because only one family (at that address) has the rights at a time. Meaning if you live nearby in a non-FIP community and plan on using the pool and renting out your home, either you (the homeowner) use the Amenities, or your tenants use the Amenities – not both.
If you have tenants and would like to grant them access to the Amenities, please fill out the following paperwork and either drop it off at the Amenity Center or email it back to us at [email protected]. Tenants will NOT be granted access to the Amenities without this paperwork and a copy of the lease.

Also please keep in mind, if you’ve owned FIP Photo ID cards (at that address) or any previous tenants have received them as well, it does cost $10 per person for any new tenants over the age of 16 wanting to obtain FIP Photo ID cards. It is at no cost for a child tenant ages 15 & under to receive a FIP Photo ID card.
